In a span of 24 hours, Hunter Hayes preformed live throughout the east coast in an attempt to break The Guinness Book of World Records for performing 10 shows in 24 hours. Formally held by Flaming Lips, Hayes went beyond their 8 show record by preforming at ten different venues, including Stamford's Palace Theater.

The 22 year-old performer teamed with "Childrens' Hunger Ends Here" to raise awareness of child hunger in America. The Palace Theater collected cans for The Food Bank in exchange for tickets to Hunter Hayes' Friday night performance. A total of 950 pounds of food was gathered.

Thank you to Hunter Hayes, his staff and The Palace Theaters' staff for all of their hardwork. Congratulations Hunter for setting a new record while fighting hunger in America.
